Crystal Singing Bowl
Michelle has enjoyed the healing benefits and calming sounds of the Crystal Singing Bowls throughout her 16yr yoga career and finally turned her passion into her profession a few years ago after a health scare.
She now incorporates her bowls into her classes whether it be meditation, yin or a full moon sound healing. Michelle has trained and studied to be an approved Crystal Singing Bowl Educator. She runs Beginner and Advanced Crystal Singing Bowl and Sound Healing Workshops, Yoga Teacher Crystal Singing Bowl Trainings and Online Workshops around Australia.
Michelle loves to travel so what a great way to combine her yoga, sound and travel skills to provide you with the opportunity to learn how to play the bowls, maximise your benefits and understand the unique healing benefits.
